MTS has increased its stake in scooter rental service Yurent from 12% to 80.6%, Maxim Laptev, head of MTS' digital products unit, told Interfax. He did not disclose the amount of the deal, saying only that the valuation of Yurent amounted to ₽7-8 billion, and the final amount of payments is tied to the company's future performance. Service operates in 124 cities in Russia; it has about 100,000 scooters in its fleet and 3 million users.
