LSR doubled real estate sales

Value of new LSR contracts in 2023 increased 2.3 times to ₽216 billion. In physical terms, the sales volume increased 2.2 times to 1.099 million square meters. Share of mortgage transactions amounted to 75%, increasing by 1 p.p. A total of 974 thousand square meters of net sellable area was commissioned, 36.8% more than a year earlier.
