PhosAgro concludes SPIC 2.0 for the development of the Balakovo Complex

Phosagro has entered into a special investment contract to implement a project to develop the Balakovo production complex. Project involves the construction of facilities to produce almost 1 million tonnes of complex NPK fertilizers and 0.5 million tonnes of DAP per year. As a result, total output will increase by 28% depending on the product mix. Reaching the design capacity is planned in 2026. Investment will total more than ₽18 billion.
