Iraq invited Gazprom to the field of Nasiriyah

Iraqi authorities have decided to invite Gazprom to take part in the development of the Nasiriya oil field. Production at the field started back in 2009. Total oil reserves are estimated at 4 billion barrels. Development of En-Nasiriyah project envisages not only its development, but also the construction of a refinery.
