Samolet's sales in January increased by 87%

Volume of real estate sales by developer Samolet in January 2024 amounted to 103.1 thousand square meters, up 65% from 62.4 thousand square meters a year earlier. In monetary terms, sales grew by 87% to ₽20.55 billion. In the Moscow region, family mortgages accounted for about 50% of sales, preferential mortgages for new buildings - 36% and 6% - IT mortgages. Contracts under the developer's own rate subsidy programs accounted for 36% of the total number of mortgage transactions.
