Bank of Russia registered a split of Mosgorlombard shares

Bank of Russia registered amendments to the decision on issue of preferred shares of Mosgorlombard, approving their split with the ratio of 1 to 10000. At the same time, the share of preferred shares in the authorized capital will remain unchanged - 21.6%. Upon completion of the split, 27,430 preferred shares will be converted into 274,300,000 ordinary shares and the authorized capital will consist of ordinary shares only.
