Europlan intends IPO in spring

Europlan leasing company may conduct an IPO on the Moscow Exchange in the spring in the amount of 10-15 billion, sources told Reuters and confirmed by Frank Media's interlocutors. Deal will take place in cash-out format. Now the company is technically ready for placement, but the window of opportunity for placement in January-February is occupied.
