Rusagro consolidated JSC Tuapse Plant of Reinforced Concrete Products

Rusagro Group became the sole shareholder of JSC Tuapse Plant of Reinforced Concrete Products, in which it had held a stake since 2022. Now the plant is not operating. RusAgro is not yet ready to talk about the asset's future fate. However, the Kommersant newspaper reported in March 2023 on RusAgro's plans to build a terminal for exporting vegetable oils in Tuapse.
