Samolet bought almost 670 hectares of land from VTB Group

Developer Samolet has acquired from VTB Real Estate land plots of 668 hectares in the Domodedovo urban district in the Moscow Region. Amount of the transaction is more than ₽4 billion. This territory is located in close proximity to the special economic zone Maximikha. There it is planned to realize a project in the segment of individual housing construction. Its total area will amount to 810,000 sq. m.
