Inter RAO acquired 50% of Kashirskaya TPP from Mordashov's structure for ₽6.4 billion. Group also bought SMTT.High Voltage Solutions for ₽2.4 billion. Company specializes in the design, manufacture and maintenance of power transformers and autotransformers with capacity over 25 MVA and voltage class 110-750 kW.
