Rusagro paid almost ₽21 billion for 50% of NMZhK

Rusagro's acquisition of 50% of NMZhK amounted to ₽20.96 billion, according to the group's consolidated financial statements. From the date of acquisition in mid-2023 to December 31, 2023, NMZhK's revenue amounted to ₽31.2 billion, net profit - ₽4.6 billion. Purchase of a stake in NMZhK will allow the group to take key positions in the main segments of the b2c oils and fats market and become the No. 1 producer of mayonnaise and mayonnaise sauces in Russia, the company said.
