Polymetal exchanged part of its shares in NSD for securities on AIX

Polymetal completed the first tranche of exchange of 5,082,079 ordinary shares, representing 1.07% of shares outstanding. Shareholders can take the opportunity to exchange their shares held at NSD for new shares issued on AIX until September 30, 2024.
