Phosagro launched a new fertilizer complex in the Leningrad region

Phosagro began commercial operation of a new fertilizer production complex in Volkhov. Investment in the project exceeded ₽34 billion. Mineral fertilizer output will increase fourfold to more than 1 million tonnes per year by 2019, when the project began. Processing of apatite concentrate will increase 5-fold to over 1.5 million tons, while production of sulfuric and phosphoric acid will increase more than 5-fold to 1.1 million tons and 500,000 tons, respectively.
