Yandex shareholders approve restructuring

Shareholders of Yandex N.V. approved the sale of the Yandex business and changes in the corporate governance structure. Closing of the transaction will take place in two stages. At the first stage, Consortium.First ZPIF will buy from Yandex N.V. a controlling stake - up to 68% - in Yandex INC. It is expected that the first stage will be completed in the coming weeks - if all the necessary conditions for this are met.
