Founder of LSR Andrey Molchanov reduced his stake in the company from 55.1% to 45.3%. It is not known in whose favor the shares were alienated. In early March, Molchanov also prematurely resigned as CEO of the company, which is now held by Dmitry Kutuzov, and left the Board of Directors of LSR.
