Element Group of Companies will be technically ready for an IPO in the first half of 2024, according to the company's president Ilya Ivantsov. In mid-March, Vedomosti sources reported about Element's plans to hold an IPO. According to the newspaper, the company expects to receive a valuation of ₽100-150 billion and raise ₽10-15 billion to finance a large-scale investment program. According to Ilya Ivantsov, the IPO is one of the options for financing the investment program.
