Samolet enters the market of Rostov-on-Don

Developer Samolet will build a residential complex in Rostov-on-Don for more than 16 thousand residents with a total area of almost 650 thousand square meters of housing. Project will also include a school, three kindergartens and many green areas for recreation. Volume of investments over the 18 years of the project realization will amount to more than ₽100 billion.
