O'Key sold plots of land on Minsk highway in Odintsovo near Moscow, the village of Vinsady in the Predgorny district of Stavropol Krai and an unfinished hypermarket building in the Kirovsky district of Ufa. According to Mikhail Burmistrov, general director of INFOLine-Analytica, the deal could be worth more than ₽400 million. Among the assets that were planned to be sold, a 14,000-square-meter hypermarket on Raakhe Street in Cherepovets, Vologda Region, is still on the company's balance sheet.
