Softline completed an additional exchange of Noventiq receipts

Softline completed the acceptance of offers for additional exchange of Noventiq receipts for the company's shares. Under the accepted offers, more than 624 thousand Noventiq receipts were exchanged for more than 208 thousand Softline shares.
