MTS will pay a minimum of ₽35 per share

Board of Directors of MTS has approved a new dividend policy for 2024-2026. Document sets a minimum dividend of ₽35 per share, which will be paid once a year, with the possibility of changing the frequency of payments. In determining the amount of dividend payments, MTS will consider a number of factors, including cash flow from operations, capital expenditures and debt position.
