Purchase of Sistema Bank cost Samolet ₽1.5 billion

Developer Samolet acquired Sistema Bank for ₽1.454 billion in February, the company disclosed in its IFRS financial statements. Purchasing the bank will allow the company to offer buyers mortgages and home equity loans, as well as deposits and a loyalty program for each residential complex.
