Crowdfunding platform JetLend is planning a Pre-IPO in June. Placement will be a private placement among the platform's investors to determine the fair value of the shares ahead of the IPO. In April 2020, JetLend raised ₽5 million from three business angels and received a valuation of ₽160 million. In November 2020, the company raised another ₽37.5 million from Skolkovo Business School graduates Dmitry Shklyar and Andrei Chernetsov with a post-money valuation of ₽190 million.
