NLMK may sell its plants in the USA to Cleveland-Cliffs of America

NLMK is negotiating the sale of plants in the United States to American Cleveland-Cliffs, Bloomberg has learned. Assets, including steel plants in Indiana and Pennsylvania, may be valued at more than $500 mln, sources of the agency specified. NLMK declined to comment.
