Novabev will distribute 7 shares each to shareholders

Novabev will increase its share capital by ₽11.06 billion using additional paid-in capital and retained earnings from previous years. Each shareholder will receive free 7 new shares for each previously acquired share, bringing the total number of shares to 126.4 million. There will be no dilution of shareholders' shares, as the new securities will be proportionally distributed among them. This procedure will allow to achieve the effect of multiple increase of shares in turnover, similar to split of shares.
