Board of Directors of Transneft recommended that dividends be paid for 2023

Transneft's Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₽177.2 per preferred share for 2023. Record closure will take place on the 20th day from the date of the resolution to pay the dividend by the annual general meeting. Dividend yield could be as high as 11.37%.
