Yuzhuralzoloto placed the entire volume of additional share issue

Yuzhuralzoloto completed the placement of an additional share issue at ₽0.81 per share and raised ₽8 billion. As a result, the free float ratio increased from 6% to 10.1%, which guarantees inclusion of the shares in the first tier of the Moscow Exchange listing. Funds raised will be primarily used to further reduce the debt burden, the company emphasized.
