Cosmos Hotel Group plans to increase its room stock 4.8 times, most of which are premium rooms, on the Black Sea coast, a popular tourist destination among Russians. Within the framework of management agreements with leading developers of the Southern Federal District, new 3, 4 and 5 star hotels will start operating in Anapa, Gelendzhik and Sochi in 3-5 years.
