Exchange swap of Yandex shares completed

Moscow Exchange and SPB Exchange finalized the settlement of the exchange of Yandex N.V. shares for Yandex MCPAO shares. On the Moscow Exchange, 680,700 counter transactions were concluded, as a result of which investors were able to exchange 42.4 million shares for a total amount of ₽180.3 billion. On the SPB Exchange, 1.42 million shares were exchanged, which is about 99% of the total number of shares that were purchased through the exchange. Yandex shares traded on both exchanges on July 24.
