LSR sales in 1H decreased by 2.9%

Value of LSR's new contracts for 6 months of 2024 amounted to ₽86 bln, up 28%. In physical terms, the volume of sales decreased by 2.9% to 369 thousand sq. m. Share of mortgage transactions increased by 6 p.p. and amounted to 83%.
