Samolet Plus has successfully completed Pre-IPO

Samolet Plus successfully raised ₽825 million, setting a new high on the Russian Pre-IPO market. Institutional investors accounted for about half of the placement volume. Trading of Airplane Plus shares in the OTC segment of the Moscow Exchange is planned to be launched in the next three months.
