Softline started the second stage of Noventiq receipts exchange

Softline published an invitation to make exchange offers to acquire shares. Participants of the first stage of Noventiq receipts exchange had an opportunity to purchase Softline shares in the amount equal to the number of shares of the company held by them as of September 23, 2024, but not more than they received in the first stage of the exchange.
