RusHydro raises ₽79 billion to expand Partizanskaya GRES

RusHydro is raising a syndicated loan of up to ₽79 billion for the expansion of Partizanskaya TPP. Company will repay the loan on a quarterly basis over 12 years. Partizanskaya GRES expansion project includes the construction of two power units with a total capacity of 280 MW. Their commissioning is scheduled for 2026. At present, Partizanskaya GRES has an electric capacity of 199.744 MW and a heat capacity of 160 Gcal/hour.
