Shareholders of Positive Technologies will reconsider the issue of additional share issue

Positive Technologies Board of Directors decided to convene on November 07 the general meeting of shareholders to reconsider the issue of additional share issue, including the program of capitalization growth stimulation into the set of materials for the meeting. All previously published parameters of the planned share issue remained unchanged.
