TGC-14 completed the placement of shares as part of the SPO

TGC-14's SPO amounted to ₽1.5 billion. 10.86% of the company's shares were placed at a price of ₽0.01 per share. At least 65% of the funds raised will be channeled into the company by repaying the selling shareholder's debt to TGC-14.
