Bank of Russia unfroze additional share issue of Positive Technologies

Bank of Russia resumed the issue of Positive Technologies ordinary shares. Additional issue was suspended in early September amid the appeal of a number of minority shareholders of the company dissatisfied with its terms. Company intends to increase its capital by 7.9% by placing shares by closed subscription in favor of its subsidiary Positive Technologies JSC, which will distribute them among key employees and partners of the group.
