Positive Technologies withdrew its application for additional share issue

Positive Technologies has withdrawn its application for issuance of additional shares, the Bank of Russia said in a response to an investor who had previously sent a complaint. Earlier, the company reported that the Board of Directors convened a meeting of shareholders to reconsider the issue of additional share issue, including in the set of materials for the meeting a program to stimulate capitalization growth. All previously published parameters of the planned issue of shares will remain unchanged.
