Positive Technologies will file a new application for a share issue

Withdrawal of the application for registration of the additional share issue at the Bank of Russia is a technical moment, Positive Technologies press-service explained. Company plans to submit a new set of documents for registration of the share issue, supplementing it with the program to stimulate capitalization growth and the decision of the shareholders' meeting, which will reconsider the issue of the additional issue on November 7. Parameters of the planned share issue will remain unchanged.
