MTS consolidated 100% of MTS Smart Home LLC

MTS acquired 25.75% of MTS Smart Home LLC, consolidating 100% of the company. Seller of the stake was Veniamin Pisman. He entered the capital of MTS Smart Home LLC in May 2023, when MTS bought out Gulfstream Security Systems JSC, on the basis of which the telecom operator was going to develop the Smart Home business line.
