Sminex closed the acquisition of Ingrad

Real estate developer Sminex has closed the deal to acquire Ingrada from the Rossium Group of Roman Avdeev and Sergey Sudarikov. Amount of the deal is not disclosed by the parties. Earlier media sources reported that it could amount to ₽40-50 bln.
