Softline completed the second stage of Noventiq receipts exchange

Participants of Noventiq receipt exchange received more than 10.2 mln bonus shares of Softline within the second stage. As a result, the free-float increased to 19%. At the third stage, which will be completed in 24 months, participants will be able to receive one more bonus share for each previously received paper.
