Yakovlev's Board of Directors set the placement price of the additional share issue

Board of Directors of Yakovlev has set the price for the placement of additional shares at ₽23.17 per paper. Company plans to place up to 24.1 billion shares by private subscription. Circle of persons, among whom the placement is expected to be made, is not disclosed.
