Lambumiz started accepting applications for participation in the IPO

Lambumiz has set the IPO price range at ₽425-460 per share, corresponding to a pre-money valuation of ₽8.018-8.678 billion. Planned offering size will be ₽0.8-1 billion. Post-IPO free-float could be around 10-12%. Collection of applications begins today and will last until October 29. Trading in the shares will begin on October 30 under the ticker LMBZ.
