Rusagro plans to finalize redomiciliation by March 2025

Rusagro Group, which is currently in the process of forced redomiciliation, expects to start trading in its shares on the Moscow Exchange in March 2025, said Egor Sergushov, head of the company's IR department, at a SberCIB webinar. Trading in RosAgro.plc receipts will be suspended in the first or second week of December, after which the process of automatic distribution of Rusagro shares to Russian holders will start.
