God Nisanov has withdrawn from the shareholders of Samolet Group

Kievskaya Ploshchad GC and its co-owner God Nisanov left the shareholders of Samolet Group. Transaction took place a few months ago. Information about it was disclosed, as each of the structures connected with Kievskaya Ploshchad owned less than 5% of shares. Year Nisanov and “Kievskaya Ploshchad” acquired about 10% of “Samolet” shares in September 2021. At that time, the parties planned to jointly develop projects in the commercial real estate segment.
