Major co-owner of Samolet Mikhail Kenin is looking for a buyer for his stake in the developer, sources told Forbes. He owns 31.6% of the company. According to the interlocutors of the publication, the purpose of the deal is to attract an investor with capital to the company, which will allow to cope with financial difficulties due to the completion of programs of preferential mortgages. Press service of “Airplane” refused to comment on Kenin's decision to sell the stake.
