Genetico's Board of Directors set the offering price of the additional issue shares

Genetico's board of directors has set the offering price of the additional shares at ₽34 per paper. Company is placing 7 million shares to be purchased by parent Artgen Biotech and HSCI Ventures. Raised funds will be used to repay Genetico's bond issue.
