MGKL Group acquired 26 pawnshops and commission stores in Moscow and the Moscow region. As a result of the transactions, the Group expanded its retail network operating under the Mosgorlombard and Resale Market brands by 24% to 135 branches. Total portfolio of pawnshop and resale collateral loans increased by 11% to ₽1.85 billion, and the combined number of retail customers in pawnshop and resale increased by 20% to 239,000.
