LSR sold 10.7 hectares on the Vasilievsky Island reclamation site

LSR sold 10.7 hectares of land on the Vasilievsky Island reclamation area to Legenda developer. Plot allows to build 152 thousand square meters of business class housing. Amount of the deal could have amounted to about ₽12 bln.
