MTS President Vyacheslav Nikolaev may leave his post in the near future, Frank Media sources said and Forbes' interlocutors confirmed. Inessa Galaktionova, who currently holds the position of the first vice-president for telecommunications business of the company, may take over MTS. Nikolayev, according to one interlocutor, may move to Sistema.
