En+ Group suspends giant wind farm project in Blagoveshchensk

En+ Group has suspended the implementation of the giant wind farm project in Blagoveshchensk, which it planned to build on a parity basis with Chinese partners from China Energy. Wind farm capacity was to be 1 GW. Construction was planned to start after the approval of the investment return mechanism.
